Terms of use
This document sets out how POTEs! is actually meant to be used. The contractual clauses — publisher, liability, warranties, termination, applicable law and jurisdiction — must be drafted and reviewed by a qualified person before publication. No legal clause has been invented here.
What this is
POTEs! is an app for organising outings with your friends: plans, groups, conversations, photos, shared expenses, and places you keep so you can find them again.
Your account
An account lets you find your plans across your devices and be recognised by your friends. You choose the first name they see. You are responsible for access to your account.
What you share
What you post in a group or a plan is visible to the people in it. You keep ownership of your content. POTEs! does not use it for anything other than showing it to you and to the people you chose.
Invitations
An invitation link grants access to the content of a group or a plan. Only share it with people you want in. It expires, and can be revoked at any time by whoever created it.
What has no place here
POTEs! is a private space between friends. Harassment, illegal content, and using the app to harm someone have no place in it.
Availability
POTEs! is in beta. Features may change, appear or disappear. We do what it takes not to lose any of your data, without being able to guarantee it absolutely during this period.
Deleting your account
You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time. The dedicated page describes how, and what is erased.
